Workout of the Day (WOD): a 1 hour session usually including warm up, strength / skill, main WOD and stretching / flexibility. The Barbell WOD (Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm) focuses specifically on the Olympic Lifting skills you learn during our other sessions.
