Google Analytics

The CrossFit A14 and ProAnox websites uses a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a number of reasons: to keep you updated on products and services you have expressed an interest in; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t loan, rent, or sell email lists to other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Purchasing Data

When you purchase a ticket for a session, merchandise, membership, gift voucher(s), or products through the CrossFit A14 or ProAnox UK websites your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our on our WooCommerce system. As we do not process payments ourselves, this data is shared with WorldPay, for more information on their privacy policy please visit www.WorldPay.com. Ticket purchases are made at no cost and, therefore, in those instances no data is shared with WorldPay.

Fitness Data

Our website account page allows our users to store fitness statistics such as maximum lifts and workout times. We may use this data to measure and publicise improvements in broad terms across our membership but will never use it to identify an individual or individuals without explicit consent from them.

Medical information

On joining you will be asked to disclose any relevant medical conditions and or medical history. This is kept on file, in a secure but accessible manner, in case of a medical emergency. On ceasing to be a member, this information can be disposed of at your request by emailing Richard.Rout@CrossFitA14.co.uk.

Images and videos

We will, from time to time, post images and videos of sessions to Social Media and or our website. Should you not wish for your image to appear online, please email Richard.Rout@CrossFitA14.co.uk. Similarly, should you wish to have any image or video removed, please email Richard at the same address with a link to the image or video in question.
